TYRONE DAVIDS

Tyrone Davids has worked directly with hundreds of Real Estate Broker Owners since the creation of EDI over 15 years ago.

Being invited into the inner circle of ownership with all of their clients, EDI has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with owners all over North America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, South Africa, and South-East Asia.

Tyrone is the Chief Executive Officer of EDI, is a Chartered Professional Account articling at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and completed his MBA at the Ivey School of Business. He has owned businesses as an entrepreneur and has over 30 years of Executive experience playing CEO, CFO and COO roles including working at the Board Level as a Chairman and Director. He has assisted hundreds of brokers through the valuation, merger and acquisition process and has co-authored a best-selling book called “Are You Undervaluing your Brokerage”.

BROOKE SCUTT

Coaching and developing brokers, agents and businesses is Brooke’s passion. In the years as Managing Broker of her family’s three RE/MAX franchises, she significantly grew the company in agent count and profitability through the creation and implementation of several strategic
systems.

Brooke earned a bachelor’s degree in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University before starting her career in marketing and eventually program and process management for a national equipment rental company. Returning to the family business in 2009, she successfully Integrated the Momentum system into her office culture; growing to be recognized as one of the top adopters and implementers in the RE/MAX Network. She is recognized in the RE/MAX
network and the real estate industry for her leadership and knowledge. She has presented to national, regional, and local audiences, both real estate and non-real estate related.

Further honing her passion, Brooke attained the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and the Certified Small Business Coach (CSBC) accreditations for coaching; as well as, Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.
